Lion Air Travel Insurance is available to Passengers who are:

• 75 years old or below
• Flying out of Indonesia
• Traveling for less than thirty one (31) days

Lion Air Travel Insurance is available in two types of plans. A specific plan is offered to you based on the type of ticket you are purchasing.

• Round-trip Plan

  This plan is offered if you are flying round-trip on Lion Air and covers you both while you are in transit with Lion Air and during the time spent at your destination.

• One-way Plan

  This plan is offered if you are only flying one-way on Lion Air and covers you from the time you check-in to the time you reach your Lion Air destination.

No, you cannot cancel your Lion Air Travel Insurance unless there are any cancellation or schedule change from Airline. Refund Lion Air Travel Insurance only can be done at same time as refunding your ticket before date of departure and before using any Lion Air Travel Insurance benefits.
