Involuntary Change

Change your flight with no charge.

If your flight got schedule changed or cancellation from airline, you are getting complimentary flight change. You can change your flight with no charge for one-time only. The new schedule should be at most 3 (three) days apart from your original departure date.

To change your flight, please enter all details of your reservation:

Booking Reference (PNR), First Name, Last Name, Flight Number and Flight Date (for reservations made directly with Lion Air or through travel agencies).

Note: Please ensure that your first name and last name entered is as per your reservation.
