J A K A R T A, 29 September 2025 — Lion Air Group informs all international passengers that starting 1 October 2025, the Government of Indonesia has implemented a new regulation requiring all incoming travelers — including those arriving by air — to complete a digital arrival card through the “All Indonesia” application.

This initiative supports passenger convenience for all airlines and international transport modes, aiming to simplify arrival declaration procedures while providing a faster, easier, and more secure travel experience.

Benefits of the “All Indonesia” Application for Lion Group Passengers

1. One Application for All Processes
   All arrival forms for immigration, customs, health, and quarantine are now integrated into a single digital system — eliminating the need to fill out multiple separate forms.

2. Convenient — Can Be Filled Out from the Country of Origin
   Passengers can complete the All Indonesia form up to three (3) days before arriving in Indonesia or while still in their departure city, making the arrival process more efficient.

3. Free of Charge & Accessible for Everyone
   Filling out All Indonesia is free and can be done individually or in groups — including by seniors, persons with disabilities (special needs), and children accompanied by adults.

4. No Need to Fill Out E-CD Anymore
   Passengers who have completed All Indonesia no longer need to fill out the Electronic Customs Declaration (E-CD), as the customs declaration process is already integrated within the application.

5. Health and Food Security Protection
   The declaration also includes reporting of carried items such as animals, fish, plants, and their derivatives — helping to prevent the spread of pests and diseases, and ensuring national food safety. Integrated health data also enables early detection of communicable disease risks at entry points.
