JAKARTA, September 1, 2025 — Lion Air Group informs all international passengers that starting Monday, September 1, 2025, the Indonesian government has implemented a new regulation for all arrivals, including via airports: travelers are required to complete the arrival card digitally through the All Indonesia Application.

This step is part of efforts to support travel convenience for passengers of all airlines and international transport modes, aiming to simplify the arrival declaration process while providing a faster, easier, and safer travel experience.

Benefits of the All Indonesia Application for Lion Group Passengers

1. One Application for All Processes All arrival card requirements for immigration, customs, health, and quarantine are now integrated into a single digital system. No more filling out multiple separate forms.
2. Convenient, Can Be Completed from Country of Origin Passengers can complete All Indonesia up to 3 (three) days before arriving in Indonesia or while still in their departure city (origin), making the arrival process more efficient.
3. Free of Charge & Inclusive for All Completing All Indonesia is free and can be done by individual passengers or groups, including senior citizens, people with disabilities (special needs), and children accompanied by adults.
4. No Need to Fill Out E-CD Anymore Passengers who have completed All Indonesia are not required to submit the Electronic Customs Declaration (E-CD), as the customs declaration process is already integrated into All Indonesia.
5. Health Protection & Food Security The declaration also includes reporting of goods such as animals, fish, plants, and their derivatives, to prevent the spread of pests and diseases and to safeguard national food security. Integrated health data enables early detection of communicable disease risks at the country’s entry points.
