Lion Group and LeMondial Business School for Strategic Cooperation for Professional HR Development
J A K A R T A, October 16, 2024 – Lion Group, implementing the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with LeMondial Business School. The signing was made by President Director of Lion Group, Capt. Daniel Putut Kuncoro Adi, and Franciscus Amonio Halawa, Chairman of LeMondial Business School, in order to strengthen the development of professional human resources (HR) in the fields of aviation, tourism and other strategic sectors.
This cooperation is expected to provide significant benefits for both parties, especially in the face of challenges in the increasingly dynamic industrial world. The MoU scope includes several major programs designed to support the improvement of education quality, skills and work readiness for students and professional workforce.
Cooperation Scope:
1. Internship and Recruitment Program. Lion Group and LeMondial Business School agreed to hold an internship program for students. The program provides opportunities for students to take advantage of the facilities and infrastructure of both parties, deepen their work experience, and prepare them to face the professional world. In addition, the recruitment program will facilitate direct access to career opportunities in the aviation industry.
2. Education, Research and Development Competence. This cooperation also includes collaboration in academic research and competency development. This activity will support students and faculty in developing their abilities in related areas such as aviation management, logistics and tourism. In addition, the program aims to increase contributions in community service through social activities supported by the latest knowledge and technology.
3. Industrial Visit Program and Scientific Activities. Lion Group will open up opportunities for LeMondial Business School students to take an industry visit program to get to know more about flight operations, airport management and other technical aspects. In addition, seminars, workshops and other scientific activities are organized periodically expanding student insights and understanding of the aviation and tourism industry.
4. Merdeka Program Learning at Merdeka Campus. As part of support for the Government-initiated Merdeka Campus Merdeka Program, the MoU will provide creativity to students to explore the sciences outside their key areas of study through internship programs, independent studies, and projects related to the work world. This is a real step in improving links and match between the world of education and the world of industry.
5. Providing Expert as Practitioner Lecturer. In order to provide teaching relevant to the needs of the industry, Lion Group will provide professional experts to serve as instructors or practitioners at LeMondial Business School. These experts are expected to bring practical insights directly from industry into the classroom, so that the material delivered is always up-to-date and appliable.
6. Other Additional Programs In addition to the programs mentioned, Lion Group and LeMondial Business School are committed to continuously seeking and developing new programs that benefit both parties. The program will be tailored to the needs of industrial and educational developments, such as new skills training, technology development and other HR strengthening programs.
The cooperation between Lion Group and LeMondial Business School has strategic value that is essential in building synergies between the world of education and industry.
