Lion Air Group Offers Latest Health Test Rates RT-PCR Rp 195,000 Last Updated October 29, 2021 | 08.00 BST (GMT+ 07)
J A K A R T A – October 29, 2021. Lion Air (JT flight code), Wings Air (IW flight code), Batik Air (ID flight code) members of the Lion Air Group convey the latest information, according to help accommodate the need for Corona Virus Disease 2019 health tests ( Covid-19): specifically for Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR).

2. RT-PCR Rp 225.000
a. Specifically for Medan, Batam, Semarang, Surabaya, Denpasar, Makassar and Manado areas in health facility network partners:
- Daya Dinamika Sarana Medika (DDSM), Medan.
- Mitra Medika, Medan
- Satu Laboratorika Utama (SWABAJA), Batam
- Satu Laboratorika Utama (SWABAJA), Semarang
- Satu Laboratorika Utama (SWABAJA), Surabaya

Lion Air Group's RT-PCR requirements with health facilities are as follows:
1. Especially for prospective passengers who have tickets on Lion Air Group flights (Lion Air, Wings Air, and Batik Air),
Ticket purchases (issued tickets) and air travel information can obtain through Lion Air Group Head Office and Ticketing Town Offices in all cities in Indonesia; www.lionair.co.id; www.batikair.com; Lion Air and Batik Air smartphone applications (mobile apps). (you can also purchase Wings Air tickets through the website and the application); Call center 021-6379 8000 and 0804-177-8899; travel agent partners (tour travel) and online travel agents (OTA).
3. For prospective passengers who already have Lion Air Group airfare and have not carried out RT-PCR. Then can purchase RT-PCR vouchers up to 30 hours before departure by showing the booking code through a sales channel such as call center, Lion Air Group sales office, www.lionair.co.id, www.batikair.com, travel agent (tour and travel), and others.
4. For prospective passengers who do not have a voucher can conduct a health test on the network of health facilities by showing a valid ticket and official identity. Payments can be payable directly to the health facility.
5. Special application in the SWABAJA network is only carried out with the payment mechanism of the voucher system.

6. Please do the RT-PCR sampling process a maximum of 1x24 hours before departure. If sampling is close to the scheduled departure (less than 24 hours before departure), the voucher is not valid.
7. If the test result is positive (+) Covid-19, the prospective passenger submits the process of changing the departure schedule (rescheduling) or refunding the ticket (refund) without being charged.
