Group booking submitted through the Website.
Minimum 10 (ten) passengers.
Reroute is not allowed.
Minimum deposit is 50% of the ticket total fare and creates the EMD Deposit.
Payment can be made by Bank transfer.
Materialization is 80% of the total seat that has been deposited.
Materialization less than 80%, will be:

Top-up balance/ paid off has to be paid based on the actual seat was used.
The remaining Deposit from materialization will be forfeited and will create an EMD “Forfeited Deposit” at the headquarters.

Accepted Deposit cannot be refunded (forfeited).
Free Baggage Allowance follows the applicable provisions.
Group booking submission with minimum subclass N with a total number of passengers at 40 (forty) will get 1 (one) FOC ticket.
FOC (Free of Charge) ticket calculation as below:

FOC only given on FQ (Basic Fare) based on sub-class in the reservation.
Applicable taxes must be paid, including Fuel Surcharge (if any).

Note: Calculation of 'Day' Period using date, not 1x24 hour. For example: Changes made on 19JUL, DOT in the reservation is 19JUL then Fix Date/Fix Flight.
