We have received reports of individuals claiming to be Lion Group representatives offering services such as ticket purchases, refunds, seat selection, and other transactions through unofficial numbers. Therefore, we urge customers to be more cautious and not easily trust suspicious offers.

Prevent Fraud with the Following Steps:

1. Ensure the Official Number
   Use only Lion Group’s official WhatsApp Business number at +62 81119380888 (chat only). We do not use any other numbers for customer service.
2. Avoid Phone Calls
   Lion Group never contacts customers via phone calls for any transactions. If you receive such calls claiming to be from Lion Group, ignore and report them.
3. Verify Information Authenticity
   Always refer to official sources such as the BookCabin app, websites www.lionair.co.id, www.batikair.com, www.superairjet.com, or official Lion Group social media accounts.
4. Protect Personal Data
   Never share sensitive information such as ID numbers, credit card details, or OTP codes with anyone.
5. Use the BookCabin App
   For ticket purchases, online check-in, or other services, always use the BookCabin app available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
