Lion Group Builds 10 Decent Homes in Tajun Village, BaliA Sustainable Social Commitment to Grow and Develop Together with the Community
BULELENG, BALI, 14 January 2025 — Today marks a meaningful moment for Lion Group. Through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, driven by the spirit of “Building Homes, Nurturing Hope: Lion Group Decent Housing Program,” Lion Group has contributed to the construction of 10 units of decent and livable homes. These homes provide a sense of safety, comfort, and hope for families to pursue a better quality of life in Tajun Village, Buleleng Regency, Bali.
Lion Group extends its congratulations to the 10 beneficiary families. The homes built are expected to serve as safe, proper, and comfortable residences, forming a foundation for calmer, healthier, and more sustainable family lives.
For Lion Group, a home is more than just a physical structure. A home is a place where hope grows, where families find shelter, and where social well-being begins. Therefore, this program is not carried out as a ceremonial activity, but as a tangible expression of the company’s responsibility to the community and the environment in the areas where Lion Group grows and operates.
The “Building Homes, Nurturing Hope: Lion Group Decent Housing Program” is valued at IDR 500 million, fully allocated to supporting decent housing for the community. The monetary value itself is not the primary goal, but rather a means to deliver real and long-term social impact.
The selection of Tajun Village as the program location is the result of coordination and synergy with the Bali Provincial Government, which consistently encourages collaboration between government and the business sector to improve community quality of life. Lion Group believes that social programs are more effective when implemented through close cooperation and based on actual needs in the field.
On this occasion, Lion Group expresses its appreciation and gratitude to the Bali Provincial Government, the Buleleng Regency Government, and the Regional Military Command IX/Udayana for their support, guidance, and collaboration from the planning stage through implementation. Appreciation is also extended to the village officials and community leaders of Tajun Village who have served as dialogue partners and communication bridges between the company and local residents.
To the beneficiary families, Lion Group hopes that the homes provided will be well maintained and cared for, so that their benefits can be enjoyed not only today, but also by future generations.
Growing Together with the Community
For Lion Group, Bali holds special significance. I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali is one of its operational bases and has become a home in serving the mobility needs of communities, tourists, and businesses traveling to and from Bali.
Through air connectivity, Lion Group strives to facilitate travel, open interregional access, and smooth the movement of people and goods. This role supports the development of Bali’s tourism sector, stimulates the local economy, and creates a multiplier effect for communities—ranging from MSMEs and employment to other supporting sectors.
Lion Group’s presence in Bali is not viewed merely as an aviation business activity, but as a commitment to grow together with the community. The construction of decent housing in Tajun Village reflects the belief that public trust in Lion Group must be matched with social contributions that are directly felt by the community.
As an air transportation service provider, Lion Group understands that its operations are inseparable from public feedback, expectations, and criticism. Amid these dynamics, Lion Group continues to uphold social responsibility as an integral part of its commitment to the nation and the surrounding environment.
Lion Group expresses its gratitude to the community, loyal customers, and all stakeholders for their continued support and trust. With a flight network reaching major cities as well as district-level areas, Lion Group remains committed to serving, connecting, and contributing to regional economic development and national mobility.
By implementing relevant, impactful, and sustainable CSR programs, Lion Group reaffirms its belief that business success can go hand in hand with social care and tangible contributions to the people of Indonesia.
