Lion Air confirms that international flight services (departures and arrivals) remain unchanged and continue operating from Terminal 2F at Soekarno–Hatta International Airport.

To ensure a smoother and more comfortable journey, Lion Air advises customers to take note of the following:

  1. Lion Group reminds all customers to safeguard their personal information when interacting with the official Contact Center. Currently, Lion Group customer service is available only via WhatsApp Chat at +62 81119380888 (chat only) and does not accept phone calls.

  2. Check your ticket and flight schedule before departure. Ticket purchase and checking can be done easily through the BookCabin app.

  3. Use the online check-in feature in the BookCabin app—more practical and avoids queues at airport check-in counters.

  4. For customers with connecting flights or transit using other airlines, you can use the Skytrain to move between terminals easily and free of charge.

  5. Arrive at the airport early. It is recommended to arrive at least 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights.
