J A K A R T A, September 29, 2025 — Lion Air Group informs all international passengers that starting October 1, 2025, the Government of Indonesia is implementing new regulations for all arrivals, including those entering via airports: passengers are required to complete a digital arrival card through the All Indonesia Application.

This step is part of efforts to support travel convenience for customers of all airlines and international modes of transport, aiming to simplify the arrival declaration process while providing a faster, easier, and safer travel experience.

Benefits of the All Indonesia Application for Lion Group Passengers

1. One Application for All Processes All arrival forms for immigration, customs, health, and quarantine are now integrated into one digital system. No need to fill out multiple separate forms.
2. Practical, Can Be Completed from Country of Origin Passengers can fill out All Indonesia up to 3 (three) days before arriving in Indonesia or while still at their departure city, making the arrival process more efficient.
3. Free of Charge & Accessible for Everyone Filling out All Indonesia is free and can be done by individual passengers or groups, including the elderly, persons with disabilities (special needs), and children accompanied by adults.
4. No More E-CD Required Passengers who have completed All Indonesia do not need to fill out the Electronic Customs Declaration (E-CD), as customs declaration is already integrated within All Indonesia.
5. Health Protection & Food Security The declaration also includes reporting of items such as animals, fish, plants, and their products to prevent the spread of pests, diseases, and to safeguard national food security. Health data integration also enables early detection of infectious disease risks at the country’s entry points.
