Connectivity of Over 200 Cities Through 15 Airports: Lion Air Opens Flight Facilities for Tourists and Business People to Reach a Wider Destination

Thank you for the category of the first best domestic airline that has performance in operating routes that connect mainly from and to 15 Angkasa Pura I Airports in the "Airlines Gathering 2023" as an effort to strengthen synergy and cooperation with airlines as partners.

 

 

 

J A K A R T A - March 11, 2023 - Lion Air (JT Flight Code) member of Lion Air Group continues to gradually develop its flight network from and to 15 main airports (main hubs) in central and eastern Indonesia managed by Angkasa Pura I, namely I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Bali, Juanda Airport Surabaya, Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar Airport, Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Balikpapan Airport, Frans Kaisiepo Biak Airport,  Sam Ratulangi Manado Airport, Syamsudin Noor Banjarmasin Airport, Ahmad Yani Airport Semarang, Adisutjipto Airport Yogyakarta, Yogyakarta International Airport in Kulonprogo, Adi Soemarmo Surakarta Airport, Lombok Praya International Airport, Pattimura Ambon Airport, El Tari Kupang Airport and Sentani Jayapura Airport.  

 

Lion Air services at the 15 airports have now been achieved by being awarded by PT Angkasa Pura I as the airport manager given to Lion Air as the first best domestic airline category that has performance in operating routes connecting from and to 15 cities. The award was received by the Acting President Director of Lion Air, Capt. Wamildan Tsani Panjaitan from the Commercial and Service Director of PT Angkasa Pura I Dendi T. Danianto in the "Airlines Gathering 2023" as an effort to strengthen synergy and cooperation with airlines as partners. 

 

Lion Air's commitment in operating routes in a network of 15 airports with other cities in Indonesia and around the world with high safety standards. This appreciation is one of Lion Air Group's achievements in developing service quality in line with providing an extraordinary flight experience for passengers.

 

Lion Air Group has operated flights to the 15 airports in question for many years (for 22 years) and has established partnerships with Angkasa Pura I, airport managers, aviation stakeholders and tourist travelers in each city (region) to provide the best service for passengers. 

 

Lion Air has introduced new and existing routes, which are served gradually by direct and interconnected flights to favorite destinations of choice of business people and tourists to the global network: in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Japan, China, Australia, Saudi Arabia and others. 

 

Existing flights to more than 200 destinations, this Lion Air concept has several advantages for tourists and business people, including:

First, the ease of accessibility that allows business people and tourists to reach 15 main cities through 15 airports faster and easier.

 

Second, more effective travel time, so as to save time so that it is more enjoyable
