Starting from 05 December 2022, Lion Air Group has introduced a customer contact service number only via text conversations (chat only) – not serving phone calls, uses the WhatsApp Business application at number: 0 (+62) 81119380888. This WhatsApp Business is specifically for corporate accounts. This service operates 24 hours a day and has handled by contact center officers (Live agents).

WhatsApp Business has expected to further facilitate the communication process from customers (prospective passengers and passengers) using the world's most popular instant messaging application in two directions from active user customers.
