Latest Operational Services at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport From August 02, 2022, Domestic Flights: Batik Air – TERMINAL 2D and Lion Air – TERMINAL 2E

  • Pay attention to the provisions:
    • The Check-in counter system closes 30 minutes before departure
    • The lounge system closes 10 minutes before departure.

 

T A N G E R A N G - July 25, 2022. Lion Air (JT flight code) and Batik Air (ID flight code) members of Lion Air Group conveyed the latest information regarding flight service adjustments in the form of service transfers and operations of domestic flight departures and arrivals at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Tangerang, Banten (CGK), effective August 02, 2022, namely:

  • Batik Air becomes to Terminal 2D from door 2 
  • Lion Air becomes to Terminal 2E from door 4

Lion Air domestic flights serve flights to Banda Aceh, Medan, Padang, Pekanbaru, Batam, Bengkulu, Jambi, Palembang, Pangkalpinang, Tanjung Pandan, Tanjung Karang, Pontianak, Palangkaraya, Banjarmasin, Balikpapan, Berau, Tarakan, Solo, Semarang, Yogyakarta Kulonprogo, Surabaya, Denpasar, Lombok Praya, Kupang, Makassar, Kendari, Palu, Gorontalo, Manado, Ternate, Ambon, Jayapura and other destination cities.

Batik Air serves domestic routes to Banda Aceh, Medan, Siborong-borong, Padang, Pekanbaru, Batam, Tanjung Pinang, Bengkulu, Jambi, Palembang, Pangkalpinang, Tanjung Pandan, Lubuk Linggau, Tanjung Karang, Pontianak, Banjarmasin, Balikpapan, Samarinda, Tarakan, Solo, Semarang, Yogyakarta Kulonprogo, Banyuwangi, Surabaya, Denpasar, Lombok Praya, Labuan Bajo, Kupang, Makassar, Kendari, Palu, Gorontalo, Manado, Ternate, Ambon, Timika, Jayapura and other destinations.

1. Prepare and fulfill health documents according to applicable requirements.

2. Arrive early at the departure airport to minimize queues.

4. Download Lion Air mobile apps and Batik Air by utilizing the online app check-in feature.

a) For passengers without bringing checked baggage, they can go directly to the waiting room.

b) For passengers with checked baggage. They require a report to the Lion Air Group check-in counter specifically for passengers' who already had check-in online.

5. Free cabin baggage 7kg, economy class checked baggage 20kg, and 30kg business class.

For the convenience of passengers, the check-in officer will weigh the baggage at the check-in counter to determine whether the baggage meets the requirements. If the passenger exceeds the conditions, the passenger is charged an additional fee according to Lion Air Group rules so that the luggage can carry as checked baggage.

6. Passengers has prohibited from registering or carrying dangerous goods on the aircraft, including: 

a. Explosives such as fireworks, firecrackers, unexploded bombs, and other similar materials.

b. Strong magnetic material.

c. Toxic substances (including insecticides) and substances corrosive or oxidizing agents (including bleach).

d. All kinds of stoves for cooking.

e. Radioactive substances.

f. Combustible materials, including most lighters or lighters.

g. Pressurized gases such as gas cartridges for gas cartridge stoves, oxygen sprays for sports, dust removal sprays, and the like.

7. When at the check-in counter, please confirm the baggage is specially marked (labeled) according to the correct flight data and destination. The baggage receipt number and checked baggage must be the same.

8. Please pay attention to the provisions:

a) The check-in counter system closes 30 minutes before departure

b) The lounge system closes 10 minutes before departure

9. All flight crew and passengers wear a mask to maintain the cleanliness of the aircraft. In addition, prepare a spare mask and hand sanitizer.

Use of mobile phones and other electronic devices, namely:

1. It is forbidden to bring electronic devices that emit steam or fumes.

2. It is forbidden to bring laptops of Apple product type, MacBook Pro 15 inches produced in 2015, which are marketed for the period September 2015 to February 2017 as checked/registered baggage and cargo. 3. According to the rules, the battery charger (power bank) has a power capacity:

b. 100-160 Wh or 20,000-32,000 mAh must approve by Lion Air.

c. more than 160 Wh has prohibited from entering the aircraft.

4. Not used during the aircraft takeoff, landing, or moving on the parking takeoff (apron), taxiway, and runway.

5. Not used in aisles, emergency window seats, and exit on board.

6. Does not cause damage to the facility or cause injury to oneself, other passengers, and crew on duty on the aircraft.

7. Does not interfere with the comfort of other passengers, for example: blocking the seating distance at the front of the seat.
