Air Circulation in the Cabin Is Well Maintained

Continuous fresh air quality is supplied with a high cabin air volume update rate, so the air cycle is guaranteed to be clean. In this case, the seriousness of the health of employees and passengers, in line with efforts to ensure the safety and security aspects of the flight.

The airflow from above (cabin ceiling) moves one way down (floor), which minimizes forward and rear air movement in the cab (blown transversally and vertically). The air will be sucked into the floor area through the floor panel level according to the process of the pressurization outflow valves operation.

The air volume of approximately 95 cubic meters in the cabin will always be updated within 5 to 7 minutes by relying on 2 ECS packs Operative mechanisms, 2 pieces of Recirculation and Extraction System (by Environment Control System (ECS)) that ensure the air in the cabin remains fresh.

Wings Air maximizes various measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19, including regulating the process of getting and exiting passengers from aircraft sequentially to minimize overcrowding. On ATR aircraft, boarding and disembarking from back door. This minimizes face-to-face interactions between passengers. The galley at the back also minimizes face-to-face interaction between passengers and cabin crew.

In order to maintain flight health and safety, Wings Air has also improved the sterilization phase of the entire fleet.
