Lion Air Group Offers Covid-19 Rapid Test Service “There are 2 Facility Service of Covid-19 Rapid Test in BATAM”

B A T A M - July 13, 2020. Lion Air (JT code Flight), Wings Air (IW code Flight), Batik Air (ID code Flight) member of Lion Air Group announced the development of Covid-19 Rapid Test Service facilities already available on 2 strategic locations in Batam, effectively on Monday(13/07).

Lion Air Group has cooperation with local health facilities as the provision of Covid-19 Rapid Test service facilities. Passengers can do a Rapid Covid-19 test at:

The implementation of Covid-19 Rapid Test terms, as follows:

  1. Only passengers who have tickets on Lion Air Group flights,
  2. The purchase of Covid-19 Rapid Test vouchers can be carried out and obtained directly when purchasing tickets (issued ticket),
  3. For passengers who already have Lion Air Group flight tickets and have not implemented Rapid Test Covid-19, then can buy the Rapid Test Covid-19 voucher by showing the booking code through sales channels such as Call center, Lion Air Group sales office, online travel agent, www.lionair.co.id, www.batikair.com, travel agent and others.

The implementation of the Covid-19 Rapid Test according to what Lion Air Group has been run with 14 days validity period. Every passenger will receive a certificate of health test results Rapid as a complete flight document.

Passengers will get more value, effectively and efficiently with the presence of Covid-19 Rapid Test service locations by Lion Air Group cooperation. This implementation is still running under health protocol provisions.

The synergy has marked the first Rapid Test Covid-19 service by Lion Air Group in the Riau Islands area. Optimistic, in the future, it will be expanded.

Through the airport, Lion Air Group offers a selection of direct and connected flight routes to Jakarta (Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Tangerang and Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport), Banda Aceh, Kualanamu-Medan, Padang, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Pangkalpinang, Tanjung Pinang, Tanjung Karang (Lampurng), Pontianak, Semarang, Yogyakarta Kulonprogo, Surabaya, Bengkulu, Dumai, Natuna, Letung, Dabo and other destinations.

This development is a continuation of the collaboration with Lion Air Medika Clinic, Dompet Dhuafa Republika, and local health facilities. Covid-19 Rapid Test service is currently available on 15 locations in Jakarta,Bandung,Medan,Padang, Pekanbaru, Makassar, Kendari, Kupang and Solo.

Covid-19 Rapid Test services will be continued and developed in other cities. Optimistic, will continue to reach out in all regions of Indonesia.

Lion Air Group offers the Covid-19 Rapid Test facility based on the recommendations given by the Task Force for the Acceleration of Covid-19 Handling and the Minister of Transportation Letter, Ministry of Transportation Republic of Indonesia Number AJ.001/1/12 PHB 2020 concerning Improvement of People's Travel Services.
