More Schedule Options From Jakarta To Pontianak With Lion Air

Jakarta, February 10, 2016 - Lion Air flight back to expand the business by increasing the flight schedule. As of today Lion Air will add a direct flights schedule from Jakarta through Soekarno-Hatta International Airport to Pontianak through Supadio International Airport, that located in Kubu Raya, West Kalimantan, Indonesia.

With the addition of this following schedule, now Lion Air flies nine times per day from Jakarta - Pontianak and return

 JT 724 // CENGKARENG (STD 15:00) - PONTIANAK (STA 16:30)
 JT 725 // PONTIANAK (STD 17:15) - CENGKARENG (STA 18:45)

"The addition of this schedule we do of course to be able to accommodate the needs of customers, there is high demand from public to travel by this route. Great enthusiasm with maximum occupancy, and slots are still available made us realize the need for this addition, "said Edward Sirait, President Director of Lion Air Group.

Edward added “Lion Air’s first flights from Jakarta to Pontianak starts at 6 am, and the last flight at 7pm. With this addition we now fly almost an hour once a day to serve the needs of society. Hopefully well received and beneficial for economic and social growth".

For more information Jakarta to Pontianak is the first service when Lion Air was founded. On June 30, 2000, Lion Air conduct inaugural flight from Jakarta to Pontianak using Boeing 737-200 aircraft totaling 2 units, now, Lion Air has been flying to more than 44 domestic and international destinations operate 113 units fleet of type Boeing 737- 800/900, Boeing 747-400 and Airbus A330-300 which daily fly over 627 flights / day.
