Jakarta, December 7, 2016 - Lion Air comes with expansion plans with addition of a new service that will operate on this day. The new route will serve the route from Jakarta through Soekarno - Hatta Airport to Tanjung Pandan through airport H.A.S. Hanandjoeddin and return.

Lion Air will serve the route once per day with the following schedule,

JT 120 JAKARTA (VIA Soetta) - TANJUNG PANDAN

09:25 to 10:25

JT 121 TANJUNG PANDAN - JAKARTA (VIA Soetta)

11:40 to 12:40

The addition of this new service is a form of service development of Lion Air to passenger demand, as well as to continue to expand access to routes within the network connectivity flight.

"We hope this service may access people from the capital city of Jakarta to Bangka Belitung Tanjung Pandan in particular to facilitate the public in traveling through air transportation, as well as provide an option to fly for citizens of the capital for a vacation to Tanjung Pandan. And with it, the people from Tanjung Pandan also can reach all areas in Indonesia through flights from Soekarno - Hatta," said Edward Sirait, President Director of Lion Air Group.

Edward added that towards the end of 2016, the airline also plans to open several new routes and increase frequency of flights per day to be able to accommodate their loyal customers on some domestic routes
