The following airlines from the  Air Group: Lion Air, Batik Air, Wings Air, and Malindo Air (Lion Air Group carrier which based in Malaysia) are received the IATA Standard Safety Assessment (ISSA). Lion Air Group airline based in Thailand, Thai Lion Air previously achieved the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Registration on September 29, 2015 and precedes other Lion Air Group airlines. IOSA itself is a global scale operational safety audit, and includes 8 aspects or approximately 900 standards and recommended practices. The main focus of this audit is on operational quality, safety management and oversight. The scope of the IOSA audit includes Organization & Management System, Flight Operations, Flight Dispatch, Aircraft Engineering & Maintenance, Cabin Operations, Ground Handling, Cargo Operations and Operational Security. About IATA Standard Safety Assessment (ISSA), it is based on the IOSA program which is a global audit scale and their main objectives is for airlines that operate aircraft having a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) lower than 5700 kg (12 566 lbs.) which is the participating threshold for IOSA.
